Infrastructure

Design

Our team utilises the latest software suites and packages to ensure a highly accurate and efficient design process, providing a seamless installation experience at site with minimum rework during the manufacturing process by using advanced 3D software.

CNC Turret Punch press

CRCA sheets are processed in Amada make Turret punch press & 5 axis CNC bending machines The machines are highly sophisticated and turn out punched components using various tools in a very accurate dimensions.

In house 9 tank powder coating

Pre-treatment is carried out in a thoroughly controlled 9-tank process with the help of a transporter-type crane system, which ensures a very high throughput. Each stage of the treatment is designed to remove impurities, degrease the surface, and enhance adhesion for further coatings.

CNC crimping machines

This unit works on the principles of flow manufacturing, with fully computerized ferruling machines, CNC crimping machines, CNC wire processing machines, and a high level of mechanization through the use of pneumatic and electric screwdriver systems.

Automated wiring and Busbar sections

This stage incorporates CNC processing machines, pneumatic impact wrenches, and riveting systems to ensure a fully compliant and rigid construction that can safely and effectively carry the working loads of our customers.
